She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton L. Cohick and Nancy C. Cohick (Mattern); her former husband David L. Spong; and her siblings, Roger L. Cohick and Linda F. Hughes.
She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Fryer; her siblings, Wayne Cohick of Jersey Shore, Richard Cohick (Denise) of Jersey Shore and Cindy Long (Jack) of Trout Run; and her pet Tommy.
