She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wise and Hazel Edwards; her husband Paul L. Welshans; her daughters, Barbara J. and Carol L. Welshans; and her siblings, Albert Wise Jr., Robert Wise, Alta Wise Embick, Rebecca Wise Campeau, Maxine Wise Felmy, Phyllis Rinker, Mary Wise and Sharon Wise.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terry L. Lannan (Clarence) of Avis and Maxine A. Grimm (Robert) of Loganton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
