She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Edwards and Jenny Edwards (Jeirles); her husband James B. Carson; her siblings, Vernon Edwards, James Edwards, Melvin Edwards, Carl Edwards, Inez McKean and Laura Swinehart; and her granddaughter Kayla Brown.
She is survived by: her children, William Carson (Diane), Randy Carson (Merry Summerson), James Carson II (Diana), John Carson (Malissa) and Jenny Lehman of Jersey Shore; and her sister Dianne Larson (Michael) of Montoursville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
