He is survived by: his parents, James Barker and Barbara Barker (Hurlbutt) of Florida; his wife Stacy; his children, Chelsea Eggler (Gary) of Lock Haven, Aaron Shilling of Jersey Shore and Brandon Barker of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Clara, Lorraine, Heather, Emily Eggler and Lucian Shilling; and his siblings, Cody Boatman and Tammy Sheehan (Joe) of Williamsport.
