He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Moore and Leora Moore (Chase); his wife Beth E. Moore (Green); his daughter Cynthia Shuey; his brothers, Dr Leroy Thomas Moore, Dr. John Harvey Moore and James; his sister-in-law Jane Moore; his brother David; and his sister-in-law Brook Green.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Moore, Tamra Rook (Robert) and Richard D. Moore; his grandchildren, Jeffry Shuey, Josh Shuey Katy Beth (Hanna), Zachary Shuey, Jonathan Springman, Nick Carpenter (Sassha), Russell Zerby (Mackenzie), Alyssa Demetro, Lee Springman and Luke Springman; his siblings, Greg Moore (Debbie), Donna Baldinger and Sherry Karchner (Jack); and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Johnson (Buddy) and Helen Moore. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
