He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred A. Friggle and Della Mae Friggle (Maurey); his spouse Dorothy M. Sechrist; his children, Gary, Diane Straub (Fred) of Milton, NY and Richard Friggle of Jersey Shore; his grandchildren, Angela Seeley (Dwayne), Tina Jefferson (Steven), William Medford (Marcy) and Kristoffer Medford (Andrea); his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Justin, Joshua, Johnny Seeley, Taylor, Landen Jefferson, Kristoffer, Skylar and Jordy Medford; and his great great grandchildren, Rylee and Lucas Seeley.
