He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Willard Haines and Mary Haines (Rudolf). He is survived by: his sons, Alan Haines (Dawn) of Howard and Jason Haines (Dana) of State College; and his girlfriend Vicki Starr of Jersey Shore. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
