Olive Cooney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2021, at the age of 94, Olive Cooney of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Myers and Elizabeth Myers (Bailey). She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Cooney of Jersey Shore and Lizabeth Eldridge (Cooney) of Fairfax Station, VA; and her grandchildren, Brandon and Samantha Eldridge.
The family of Olive would like to leave it up to her friends as to whether they would like to make a donation or send flowers, but request that donations be made to either the Jersey Shore Presbyterian Church at the afore mentioned address or The Jersey Shore Historical Society at 200 S. Main St., Jersey Shore, PA, 17740 and finally, that Olive was particularly fond of "pink peonies.".
