She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd H. Sanders and Edna Krape; her husband Mark E. Noltee; and her son Daniel L. Noltee. She is survived by: her children, John M. Noltee (Cindy) of McElhattan, James H. Noltee (Linda) of Linden, Michael H. Noltee (Michelle) of Jersey Shore and Diane M. Mumma (Harry) of Rauchtown; her brothers, Richard R. Sanders (Judith) of Middleburg and Robert L. Sanders (Marian) of Avis; her daughter-in-law Paula M. Noltee of Williamsport; and her pets, Lucy and Quinn. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren.
