She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Kulp and Dorothy Riggle; her husband Wayne Cohick; her granddaughter Rebecca L. Cohick; and her siblings, Linda Kastner and Charles Kulp.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy L. Cohick (Barbara) of Rindge, NH and Tammy L. Mitchell (Paul Letterman) of Jersey Shore; her grandchildren, Robby A. Fisher Jr. (Becky), Tiffaney L. Haines (Dennis III) and Nicole E. Dennis (Justin); her great grandchildren, Emalee, Zoe Haines, Abigail, Everett and Jameson Dennis; and her sisters, Joyce Tawney (Paul) of Linden and Rosanne Stark of Jersey Shore.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Loretta's name to the Pine Creek Valley Christian Church.
