He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester J. Mann, Sr. and Laura Iva Mann (Shawley); his wife Mabel D. Bower; his son William E. Mann; his sisters, Shirley (Ralph Lyons) and Loretta (Bill Englert); his daughter-in-law Betty Bower; and his stepbrother Andy Mann.
He is survived by: his son Harry F. Bower; his daughter-in-law Linda Mann; his brother Robert Mann (Aletha); and his stepsister Patti (Gary Lattimer). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
