He was predeceased by: his parents, Welker Koch and Eleanor Koch. He is survived by: his children, John E. Koch (Karen) of Jersey Shore and Tammy M. Walker of Jersey Shore; and his brother Joseph Koch (Charlene) of Jersey Shore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
