He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl V. Harrow and Mary Barto; his daughter Denise Harrow; and his sisters, Kathryn Harrow and Doris Buhl (Cooney).
He is survived by: his wife Elaine K. Hazen; his son Karl Harrow (Denise); his grandchildren, Damon Flick (Lisa) and Melisa Flick; his great grandchildren, Devon and Lindsey Flick; his nephew Tomas Cooney (Debra); and his niece Mary Kathryn Harpel (Cooney).
