Gephart of Jersey Shore, Laura J. Weber Lock Haven (George, Jr.), Ellen L. Farnum of Williamson, NY and Deborah A. Terry of Jersey Shore; and his siblings, Harold Terry (Shirley) of Williamsport, James Terry (Mary) of Churchville, NY, Kenneth Terry (Maureen) of Jersey Shore, Theodore Terry (Marietta) of Highland Village, TX and Helen Penman of Ephrata. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
