Casale (Amy) of Pittsburgh and Rocky Casale (Peter) of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Arthur W. Casale of Jersey Shore and Donna R. Haas of Boyertown; his former wife Pamela Cooper of Montoursville; his close friend April Cellini of Jersey Shore; his nephew Dominic Casale (Michele); and his niece Megan Campos (Fabio).
