He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kontz and Bonnie Phillips; and his stepfather Kenneth Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kontz (Hornberger); his children, Jordanne (Caleb Kolb) of Troy and Justin Kontz (Shawn-Marie Lapp) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Ecko Kolb, Ezra Kolb and Paisley Neidig; and his sisters, Vivian Kontz of Reading and Lisa Park.
