He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Kenneth and Luella Anna Hoover (Clark); his wife Mary Jane (Frank); his daughters, Brenda Hoover (Troy) of Flemington, Jennifer Shroat (Greg) of Harrisburg, Amy Hanley (Joe) of Lock Haven and Shelly Hoover of Beech Creek; his grandson Clayton Hanley (Sierra); his brothers, Joseph Hoover (Vicky) of Mill Hall and Michael Hoover (Helen) of Berwick Jeff; and also Mark Riley.
