We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2019, at the age of 85, Jean L. Toner (Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania), born in Blanchard, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Cy" Williams and Thelma Barger; her brother John Williams; and her children, Stephen Toner, Deanna Straub and Siri Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas A. Toner (Teresa) of Kissimmee, Brion K. Toner (Jodi) of Cogan Station, Gail M. Ott (Lester) of Lock Haven and Rhonda J. Gower (Mike) of Jersey Shore; and her siblings, Kliney Williams (Lisa) of Lock Haven and Connie Shady (Hal) of Blanchard. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
