Helen Hopple Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Hopple of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Paul and Helen Brown Sweely; her husband Richard F. Hopple; and her siblings, Robert C. Sweely, Paul B. Sweely and Laura A. Fryer.
She is survived by: her children, Susan H. Overdorf of Lewisburg, Kaye H. Long, Nancy L Simcox (Pete) of Jersey Shore and Joseph P. (Cheryl) of Montoursville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made in her name to the St. John Lutheran Church "Rising Anew Campaign" or the Memorial Fund, 229 S. Broad St., Jersey Shore, PA 17740.
