It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Falls (Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 5, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bridgens and Charlotte Bridgens (Rine); and her siblings, Russell Bridgens and Darla Stabley. She is survived by: her husband Russell A. Falls; and her children, Daniel, David, Dana Falls, Amber Lamay, Cheryl Schoonover and Candace Peck. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
