He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lehman and Sophie Becker; his wife Phoebe E. Ramsey; and his brother Glenn. He is survived by: his brothers, Harry and George; his son James V. Lehman of Jersey Shore; his granddaughter Jodean L. Schmouder (Leslie) of Jersey Shore; his great grandchildren, Tasha Lillian Stiner (Derrick), Nathaniel and Zander Schmouder; his great great grandchildren, Brentli and Anthony Stiner; and his sister Helen Keister (David).
