He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Stover, Sr. and Mary Stover (Dobbins); his siblings, Niles Stover, Ken Stover, Scott Stover, David Stover, Jr. and Pam Smith; his mother-in-law Joanne Rogers; and his siblings-in-law, June Vogt, Terry Huntington, Karen Welshans, Trudy LaFond and Jimmy Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Donna of Jersey Shore; his daughters, Kristi Stover-Reich (Kevin, Sr.) of Jersey Shore and Shannan Stover (Rick Pepperman) of Linden; and his grandchildren, Kevin Reich, Jr. (Shyann Brungard) of Jersey Shore, Zachary Stover and Paul Joe Stover of Linden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
