She was predeceased by: her parents, John Keller and Elizabeth King; and her siblings, James Keller, Jean Haefner, Ann Haefner, Mary Eck and Doris Kielwein.
She is survived by: her husband Carlyle J. Rell; her children, Carlyle J. Rell (Becky) of Jersey Shore and Carlene J. Bower (Richard) of Williamsport; her sister Lois Kalis of Cornwall, PA; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Keller of Williamsport; and her grandchildren, Carlyle Rell Jr., Colton Rell, Jackie Bartley (Arthur), Jessica Gross (Scott), Benjamin Bower (Shalissa) and Megan Patterson (Matt). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
