He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Miller and Verna Spotts; his wife Marilyn J. Richey; and his sister Barbara J. Kauffman. He is survived by: his daughters, Elissa G. Dullen (Earl) of Jersey Shore and Amber C. Altiero (Pat) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Jeff Hill (Liz), Nicole Wyandt (Jamal Walker), Lisa Preitz (Curtis), Andrew Collins (Tracey) and Kelly Alvarez (Arturo); and his sisters, Norma Long of Lock Haven and Judy Kuntz (Reg) of Pleasant Gap. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
