He was predeceased by: his parents, Meryl A. Stabley and Lois A. Stabley (Larrison); and his sister Cheryl "Sherry" Stabley. He is survived by: his sons, Kelly T. Stabley (Elizabeth) of Jersey Shore, Dennis W. Stabley (Mary Lee) of Jersey Shore, Mark A. Stabley (Susan) of Jersey Shore, Eric S. Stabley (Diane) of Jersey Shore, Zach Stabley (Alyssa) of North Coventry and Matt Stabley (Sarah) of Boyertown; and his brother Ronald Stabley (Linda) of Jersey Shore. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
