He was predeceased by: his parent Sheridan Haines; and his brother Sheridan Haines. He is survived by: his parent Pearl Haines (Kahle); his wife JoAnne M. Persun; his children, Dennis E. Jr. Haines (Lisa) of Nippenose Valley, Michael W. Haines (Bridgett) of Nippenose Valley and Todd D. Haines (Andrea) of Nippenose Valley; and his brothers, Raymond Haines (Kim) of Jersey Shore, Robert Haines of Jersey Shore and Barry Haines (Shirley) of Jersey Shore.
