He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin G. Hoffman and Eva Imogene Miller Hoffman; and his former wife Connie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara F. Myers; his children, Dean E. "Bud" Hoffman, Jr. (Karen) of McElhattan and Cathy Lynn Hoffman Yarbrough (William Pace) of Carrolton, GA.; his stepchildren, David Fisher (Faith) of Carlisle, Michael Fisher of Jersey Shore and Karen Stover (Brian Scott) of Avis; his granddaughter Becky; his great grandchildren, R. J. and Rease; his stepgrandchildren, Michelle, Stephanie, Heather, Matthew, Alissa, Peter, Sara and John; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Clayton, Colton, Conner, Elizabeth, Gavin, Griffin, Edison, Tanner, Westin, Willow and Theodore.
