It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Hafer of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, born in Woodward, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hafer and Bessie Gilbert Hafer; his daughter Carol; and his siblings, Sarah Jane Metzger and Robert Hafer of Salladasburg, PA..
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his sister Margaret Drayer of New Jersey; his children, Duane Hafer (Laurie) of Sayre and Lucinda Mack (Terry) of Waverly; his granddaughters, Mallory Hafer Sample (Brent), Morgan Hafer Lucente (John), Meredith and Mackenzie Hafer; and his great grandchildren, Rhett and Delilah Sample.
All COVID-19 precautions will be strictly observed.
