He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Kieffer; his sons, Matthew P. Kieffer (Valerie) of Jersey Shore, Dustin W. Kinley of Williamsport and Raymond F. Kinley of Jersey Shore; his sisters, Tillie Beck (Carl) of Loganton, Rose McCloskey of Dunnstown, Doris McCollum (Ron) of Pottsgrove and Virginia Blair of Ohio; his grandchildren, Abby, Josh, Ashley, Ivory and Alaya; and his great grandchild Nathan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
