She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rosemary, Russell Counsil, Sr. and Walter Hall; and her aunt Susan Hall. She is survived by: her parents, Russell E. "Rusty" Counsil and Virginia "Ginny" Hall Counsil; her brother Andrew "AJ" Counsil (Nicole) of Lock Haven; her grandmother Dorothy Hall of Lock Haven; and her aunts, Karen Rondeau (Jeff) of North Carolina, Barbara Santonico (Lew) of Lock Haven and Sandy Coleman (Eric) of Mill Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Clinton County SPCA.
