He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Stark and Ellen Friendberg Stark; his wife Rose; his sons, Carl "Russ" Stark (Debra) and Jeffrey A. Stark (Joan) of Williamsport; his sister Elizabeth Shoemaker of Allenwood; his granddaughters, Melissa Ranck-Reese, Tania Legg and Christine Woods; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Tupper, Skyler Reese, Krista Jones, Emma Legg, Arwen and Garrett Waite.
