It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Russell in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell and Myrtle Young Russell; and his siblings, Ken, Harry, Jesse, Alan, Marvin Russell, Lois Walizer, Mabel Shoemaker and Sylvia Barth.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Russell (Brenda) of Mill Hall and Craig Russell of Lock Haven; and his grandchildren, Eric Russell (Haley), Lauren Russell (Boyd), Brooke Perez (Andy) and Morgan Russell (Kyle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and one great grandchild.
Memorial contributions in Carl's name may be made to either Chestnut Grove Recreational Authority or Belles Springs Golf Course through the funeral home.
