She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rafter Sr. and Shirley Fry; and her siblings, Faye Smith and Robert L. Rafter Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Harvey F. Eisenhower; her son Larry E. Gaines III (Jessica) of Lock Haven; her grandchildren, Hunter and Addison Gaines of Lock Haven; and her siblings, Dolly E. Hurlbutt of Beavertown, Robin Jovan (John) of Avis and Norman R. Rafter (Kim) of Lock Haven.
