He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrick A. Welch and Aspasia Welch (Couris); and his sisters, Evelyn N. Snyder and Beatrice Cherry. He is survived by: his friend Larry R. Hill, Jr. of Jersey Shore; and his siblings, Dorothy Rishel (James) of Loganton, Frederick M. Welch (Dorothy) of Lock Haven and Nicholas Welch (Coleen) of Greenburr, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
