He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Welshans and Mabel Kulp; and his brothers, Paul, Randy and Harry.
He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Welshans, Ardena Cathcart (Jeff) and Howard Welshans (April). He is also survived by 6 nieces; and 3 nephews.
