He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Francis and Mary O'Rourke (Lawbosky). He is survived by: his daughter Amber O'Rourke; his sister Ann Rogan (James); his niece Lauren Rogan; his nephews, Cory Rogan and Ryan Rogan (Kate); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella, James, Liam and Clare.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Sacred Heart.
