He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Malinick and Josephine Stetz Malinick; and his brother-in-law Donald Swingle. He is survived by: his wife Julia Baranauskas Malinick; his daughter Diane Malinick Pachucy (Joseph); his granddaughter Madison; his children, Brian Malinick and Tammy Malinick; and his sister Patricia Swingle. He is also survived by his family and friends.
