She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Matylewicz; her former husband Leo Nepa; her parents, Maurice Wayman and Julia Mehalco Wayman; her granddaughter Julie Martin (Andy Martin); her daughter Julie Matylewicz Martin; her grandson Kristopher Bucklaw; and her siblings, Dennis Wayman, Shirley Kohut and Delores Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Michael Nepa; her grandchildren, Lisa Gillette (Matthew), Laura Ashman (Thomas), Gary Matylewicz (Melanie) and Steven Matylewicz; and her caregivers, Chrissy, Sara and Chenoa. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Julie Matylewicz Martin Children's Library Fund" at the Carbondale Public Library, 5 North Main St Carbondale PA 18407.
