She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Telech Sr.; her parents, Michael Chaykovsky and Anna Chaykovsky (Cheoun); and her siblings, Mildred Audet, Rose Grammes, Olympia Kashetta, Vera Gebek, John, Stephen, Joseph and Michael Chaykovsky.
She is survived by: her son Walter (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Christyan Telech and Alexandra Telech. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
