He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Meta (Puhalla); his parents, Camilla Meta and Fortunato Meta; and his siblings, Norma Luchetti and Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Furdock (John), Blakely, Maria Forish (John), Michael Meta (Paulette) and Jeffrey (Gina); and his grandchildren, Michael, Corey, Jordan Furdock, Randy, Zachary Forish, Alec, Celeste, Maura and Alyssa Meta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
