He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mark and Catherine Semonick Mark; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Diane Mark (Rotell); his children, Lisa (Roger Kwolek Jr.), Denise (David Procaccini) of Bristol, R. I. and John Mark; his grandsons, James Kwolek, Ethan and Daniel Procaccini; and his godchildren, Judy Muta, Mike Meta and Margo Marro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
