She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Brzuchalski; her parents, Kiefer Stawisky and Emily Pochatek Stawisky; her sister Martha Puzza; and her brother-in-law Willard.
She is survived by: her sons, David Brzuchalski (Mary) of Jermyn, PA, Gary Brzuchalski of Mayfield, PA and Robert Brzuchalski (Louise) of Clarks Summit, PA; her grandchildren, Nicholas Brzuchalski (Sara) of Jermyn, PA, Alexis Brzuchalski of Philadelphia, PA, Geoffrey Brzuchalski (Alison) of Mendham, NJ, Christine Hinkley (Michael) of Boonton, NJ and Elizabeth Murray (Timothy) of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Emily, Thomas, Abigail, Ryan, Molly Brzuchalski and Audrey Hinkley; and her nephew Paul Puzza. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
