He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bertolasio and Flora Bertolasio (Sipos); his son Victor Bertolasio; and his siblings, William Bertolasio, Virginia Kutchman, Roberta Cannone and Nancy Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Regina Bertolasio (Delasko); his son James M. Bertolasio (Joanna); his grandchildren, Nevore and Leira; and his sister Carolyn Adams.
