He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia Ruisi (Smith) of Little River, SC and Ronald Speigle of Jenners, PA.; his sons, Bradley and Luke Speigle; his sister Stacy Speigle; his nephew Chase Snedden; his aunts and uncles, Dennis, Claudia Stull, Jane Smith, John and Karen Berkey; his cousins, Ashley Sousa (Jonathan), Kellie Stull, Mark Smith (Patty), Susan Storaci (Mark) and Melissa Ruisi; and his stepsiblings, Joe Ruisi, II (Margie), Roberta Stallings (Gary), Jennifer Ruisi (Rino), Debra Zaccagnino (Joe) and Douglas Ruisi (Laurie Jones).
