She is survived by: her husband Carl Tosi; her children, Carl Patrick Tosi (Elizabeth) of Lincoln, NE, Edith Marie Jacobs (Michael) of Lincoln University, PA and Eileen Welsh Tosi Smith (Gary) of Chesapeake City, MD; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Molly and Thomas Jacobs.
