He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Marshall Cline and Vera Johnson Cline; and his siblings, Nita Jones (Cline), Patricia Warrell (Cline), Jim Cline and Janice Bristow (Cline).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth P. Cline; and his children, Timothy N. Cline (Jacquelyn) and Laurel Cline Bobst (Robert W. Jr.). He is also survived by his three granddaughters, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
