She was predeceased by: her spouse Michael Shostak; and her daughter Christina Kubacka. She is survived by: her siblings, Julia Shostak and Josephine Speck; her grandchild Jennifer L. Mahony (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Dominic Mahony and Michaela Mahony.
