He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Kelly and Gertrude Crane Kelly. He is survived by: his spouse Rose Marie; his sons, George J., Jr. (Lisa Kelly), Patrick J. (Joanne Kelly) and Daniel J. (Catherine Kelly); his grandchildren, Abigail, Brendan, Anastasia and Sophia; his brothers, Thomas Kelly and James Kelly; and his children, Development Office and Philadelphia.
