She is survived by: her children, Pat Hentz, Judy Meier, Michael Hentz, Otto Hentz and Joseph Hentz; her stepchildren, Cyndi Smith, Skip Smith and Tami Jakubowski; her sister Mary; and her pet Tiger. She is also survived by her brother- and sister-in-laws.
