He was predeceased by: his spouse Dorothy (Nee Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Marc Hoffman (Meg), Jeffrey Hoffman (Kathy), Fred Hoffman (Cynthia) and David Hoffman (Bonnie); and his significant other Joanne Pera.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to any animal rescue society of your choice.
